At LeapPaw, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible while keeping our customers informed every step of the way.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom and most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Transit Times Standard shipping time: 5–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, weather conditions, and high-volume periods or peak seasons.
Order Tracking A tracking number is provided for every order once shipped. You can track your order at any time using the following link: 👉 https://leappaw.com/apps/parcelpanel Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Carriers We partner with trusted third-party carriers to deliver your order. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the carrier.
Shipping Delays & "Item Not Received" Claims By purchasing from LeapPaw, you agree to our stated shipping timelines.
Chargeback Protection Clause — An order cannot be claimed as "Item Not Received" if: tracking shows the package is still in transit within the 12-business-day window, or tracking confirms the package was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is considered proof of fulfilment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible at hello@leappaw.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, we will issue a free replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages If your package appears delayed or lost: check your tracking link for updates, contact the carrier directly if needed, and if unresolved, email hello@leappaw.com and we will assist. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue where applicable.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. LeapPaw is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier but sent to the address entered at checkout. Re-shipping fees may apply for orders returned or lost due to address errors.
